Yeah, me and some friends got gtfo this summer, and we decided to go through every level in order, and R1C1 was the first level we actually had trouble with, but now even though we aren't that much farther considering all the rundowns (we're on R2E1 right now), R1C1 feels so easy now especially in comparison to R2D2, and I'm sure R2D2 will feel easy someday in comparison to something else...

Anyone have any quick tips for new players? I have 200 hours and I’m trying to guide some friends of mine who are new to the game but they say my explanations/advice takes too long

-focus on melee for the most part, guns are a fallback
-go for fully charged hits, go for headshots/backshots
-try to encourage them to use good guns/melees
-usually ask them to bring turrets/mine deployer, those are generally easier to wrap your head around than the other tools

I tried to tell them how to build a balanced loadout and they said they wanted to experience the weapons for themselves, I tried to explain how to not aggro a whole room but the first time they miss a melee they start blasting, I tried to explain how to kill a sleeping giant but they just blast them, but surprisingly they are incredibly adept at killing scouts without waking them up
