The game is peer-to-peer, meaning all clients need to have a good connection to the host to prevent these issues.
As Pachi said, you can try to switch hosts, as sometimes connectivity issues are stronger in one way

well u can try to shoot the scout as the door opens, which is what my team did, but of course u need a bit of rng and good weaponskills
the room ur in has a couple doors if its the blood door in the door, try puttin mines on those so the wave just automatically dies, and if u see it far away and its a big room, u can try to put the mine and run away too shoot farther away
but im not sure how well the last one works

just finished the story missions for R6 alternate, had a question, out of all 7 missions there was only one time schaeffer talked to us over the intercom, is this how it's supposed to be, or is this a bug? got a lot of logs on the terminals but I felt there was a lot more potential for storytelling and kind of feeling I missed something
they cut most of them compared to original r6 cause people didn't like having to sit through it on replays
having an option to disable them after the first playthrough would've been better imo

you copy the code they posted, then a new button pops up at the rundown selection screen
Would different melees require different approaches to clearing rooms?
(e.g: Knives can take care of Sleepers quicker but pales in damage capability compared to the Spear)
I guess in the beginning kinda (or if you are solo), bat and knife would be better at clearing bigger groups of weak enemies close together (knife especially) and hammer and spear would be much better at dealing with giants
but when you get more used to things most melees can just do anything well
(especially hammer)

Bat and hammer are more about stagger and being all rounded.
Dagger and spear are more about aiming for the heads.
Dagger and bat are faster and are great for killing small enemies in quick succession.
Hammer and spear are better for killing giants.
Hammer is well rounded at everything, while Spear is more for stealth as you can get extra damage from occi damage with it.

I would lie if I'd say that I don't sometimes fail doing that, but you can totally solo a giant with hammer without him damaging or even screaming, provided you get an hang of the timing and he's far enough from anything
(also being host helps)
It probably helps too that controlling where the individual gets hit makes the process more efficient, so Hammer or Spear can be a really useful asset in experienced and skilled hands
But still, I prefer the Spear because of its superior distance, although I see the benefits from the Hammer.
Spear used to be utter shit before the last patch

I tried to research ammo-efficient guns on google, but I don't see any answers besides datas, which main guns would you think is most ammo-efficient (aka shooting and still have more ammo from every refills), to compensate for the bad ammo supply on special guns.
I tried double-tap rifle and scattergun, and double-tap rifle almost often runs out faster than scattergun, or in any case I utilize them, I end up needing more ammo supply than anyone in the team. So, kinda want to figure that out, or I have to revert back to Carbine?
Probably carbine. But it really doesn't matter that much.
usually automatics are the guns to go for when u have things as powerful as the scattergun, since its a nice weapon to kill, have ammo and help on big waves

Most mains are ammo efficient by definition. If you run out of ammo - you got bigger problems than ammo efficiency.

it doesnt rly matter honestly tho, since the efficiency usually stays in the realm of 1 kill more or less for mains
I could try DMR, I think I have not tried it since my friends keep taking it and fighting over it who can have it, since we are trying to cover most kind of the approach. Thence, how I got to handle scattergun/choke mod shotgun since I am always consistently taking down big guys if they don't react fast enough. But for main gun, I tried triple-tap, carbine, and I guess I stayed with carbine for most of the time lol since I can consistentaly land headshots

also kinda a problem is more than with scattergun and, dmr for example, ur gonna have trouble when enemies get close, since with dmr u will have to spam it and scattergun u will have to reload it super fast and waste some ammo on the smols close to u

Yeah. I used it up on line of mobs and it works really good, just need main to cover myself in case my team is unable to fend off monsters in close range or I need to defend myself since I am kinda the "frontline" where I meet monsters in my face when doing split scan

just some advice!
always ask to not be carried, make sure that everyone joinin ur lobby joins ur voice channel
be sure to do the tutorial first [Training] and start on rundown 1 since its the simplest one
for example. Double tap rifle and machine pistol can get nearly 12 kills per refill
But machine pistol suffers heavily from range and firerate issues. It also lacks synergys (which most low dmg guns do)
Double tap rifle is very hard to be perfectly efficient with aswell since you want to kill a small with 1 burst each. It doesnt have range issues generally, but is unreliable to 1 burst at range due recoil. Also no real synergy
In the case of playing up front and wanting to stop waves of enemies theres 2 strong outliers
- carbine, generally just an insanely good gun. Its not terrible efficient in theory (barely cracking 8 kills/refill) but it is easy to get kills with
2 bursts if you headshot, 3 bursts if only body
It doesnt have range (at least in usual combat) or firerate issues
The other is hel shotgun, but i would rly wanna combo that with scattergun/choke mod. It absolutely stops any wave tho and actually is insanely strong vs giants for a main.
Its decently efficient when 2 shotting enemies, but with penetration it can become a theoretical monster
if you are rly concerened about efficiency then id probably recommend the pistol or hel revolver
As semi automatics both are easy to control, both have considerably higher theoretical efficiency (9 for hel revo and 10 for pistol respectively) and after the pistol buff they dont rly suffer in range either.
Plus both have short reloads (if you reload cancel hel revos)
Hel revo also has penetration that ups it even further.

also, idk how confident you are in your aim. But sniper is a great choice vs giants (generally the best one) and doesnt suffer from range like scattergun does)
If you wanna be more of an all rounder (as in you can still deal well with giants but good with smalls) then its probably
Pump shotty or high cal
But choke mod, hel rifle and combat shotgun also work well (last one being low ranged, but in exchange a beast when fighting smalls)
Combat shotgun is also absolutely cracked efficiency wise with a theoretical efficiency of 22,5 kills/refill
it could be also that I use up a lot of ammo because maybe I am always one who is shooting, I keep seeing lot of monsters come up on my team and I felt like they are struggling with shooting/fending off from distance, so that is maybe a factor why I am always running out of ammo

if there's not enough room in the spawn cap for the enemies to spawn then the spawns get queued up, and the enemies will appear when there's enough room to spawn

Some people claim they generally prioritise Medkits. In personal experience it's completely random. Sometimes I'll watch them swap med for ammo and then immediately swap it back.
I also think it's mostly random. Mostly cuz it took em 4 swaps to pick a 100% med instead of a 40%

At the moment me and my group only have a team of 3 and we really struggle on r1c1 and r1b2.
Honestly just looking for some tips, we probably won’t have a team of 4 unless we end up lfg’ing, anything you can reccomend?
For r1c1 we do fine for about 4-5 waves and then are totally overrun, hits build up and all, and it just seems like we can’t do it with 3 people.
For b2, it’s the resources. Is there something we’re missing or is the spawn rate just that abysmal? We get to zone 20 to get the HSU sample, go to open the door and either don’t have enough ammo, or tools, or even health. Feel free to @ me.
Add a bot as empty slots. Give him bio tracker. Bots are crazy with it. Game is balanced for 4 people always - bringing less is playing increased difficulty.

And, yeah we know but we handle stealth and other combat just fine, it’s just those two missions keep kicking us down lol
B2 is shooter party right? It's a perfectly average level. Resources are scripted 9 cases out of 10 - use terminals to scan for them.
mhh for r1c1, it kinda depends a lot on ur tools, usually 3 sentries one bio in the bot its incredibly useful, and the sentries its preferable they are bursts; hold on the bridge, and when someone goes to input code, do it in the last 10 seconds, that way u can kill the last enemies of the wave and start goin to resources earlier

and better than human players
since they have no cooldown and 360 view
u cant see em asleep but its a tiny thing to give out
Bots' biotracker is buffed. They ping every 10 seconds in 360 degrees around them with a decent range too. Enemies will always be pinged.
on r1b2 tho, if u feel a lack of resources, means either the alarms are kinda fuckin u up or ur wakin a lot of rooms, which one would u say it is?
they r fair struggles when one is new
The main thing on b2 is really just is all the combat sections. We’re not perfect, but we are all pretty decent at gaming. I think it may just be weapon choices - I use I think it’s the 3 burst primary rifle and the choke mode shotgun for dealing with big guys.
For C1 there's not much to advice.
Try doing first code or two with either guns only or only 1 turret. Then deploy more turrets for end game codes and waves.
Doesn't make sense to set up turrets behind the enemies on r1c1? As In on the chokepoint. I got 4 bursts and I'd imagine that if they were to hit from behind its be a lot easier right?

usually in a group varied weapon choices can be nice, one person with a machinegun for swarms, maybe a couple of shotties yes for big boys [or one sniper burst cannon scattergun so they can be big boi killer] and just general like diversity helps a lot for different uses

Are there guns that I should/shouldn't give bots? I'm bit stuck on r1c1 and don't know what to do. Bullpup/sniper worked best for me but idk if maybe the bots load out also matters. (Last try was bullpup/sniper, 2x sniper sentry burst&biotracker for the snipers, got overrun on round 5/8 only 1xburst and 1xsniper down, but im certain that 1 sniper wouldn't have been the gamechanger)
