Not sure if this is an already known issue, but I have my zoom on the setting of toggle. However there have been multiple instances while I am toggled in zoom it forces me out of it without me toggling it off. The most egregious case of this was when I was standing still, my hand nowhere my mouse, then my character moving out of zoom. Is there anyway I can fix this issue?

@proper grove can also confirm what Jason397a wrote. I have aim down sight on toggle, but it works really inconsistenly. Sometimes just lightly tapping is enough for character to hold it, sometimes it goes out of aiming as soon as I move, sometimes even when I try to crouch.
There is no pattern so far, it just happens almost all the time, so I switched it off toggle for now.

Is there a glitch where you can complete extraction but not everyone leaves? This has happened twice now, once on both B2 and C1. We finished the mission and stood on the extraction point, not everyone was on the point. When it completed the host went to the complete screen but can't pull everyone out. Everyone else is still in game and able to move around and interact with the world and creatures. If the host presses esc he enters the game again. We all have to leave, or the host leaves and we are all dropped. The host got the completed status for the mission but the other three of us did not.

@safe fulcrum Yes, before release of the early access they had two test phases. And the alpha keys became beta keys (the two test phases). Now you have to buy this game via steam, the keys no longer work.

Have you made sure that the game is using the dedicated GPU and not the integrated one?
The game is also very GPU intensive and it might not be powerful enough until the game gets optimized a bit (assuming you have the RX570X gpu in your model)

The CPU over heat is odd, unless is it a laptop. GTFO will currently make a lot of laptops hit their thermal limit. Over time it will also need to be refreshed as it will cause odd bugs with lobby's and other items
Can't remember if it has been labeled as a memory leak or other issue yet. But it occurs frequently, which is why most people restart the game after a couple lobby's

When attempting to join a lobby I am met with an empty lobby where I canβt see anyone all I see is invite buttons or when I occasionally do join a lobby and can see everyone when the host drops the cage they all load into the animation whilst I sit on the lobby screen

Turn off windows firewall, enable your machine as DMZ host on router / firewall, and make sure anti-virus / malware blockers are not the cause
Most of those are worst case scenario's and mainly for testing to make sure it is a network related not game related issue
Also make sure your machine is running in High Performance under control panel power options

@proper grove For Peak and crew they had some flunky routing for one of their people but ludvig did chime in about the P2P doing some odd things. This may be something to record, while restarting steam fixed their issue. There have been more and more reports of clean connections hitting wonky p2p connectivity issues with lobbies
It was recommended to change their steam download / hub locations as they may have had a busy hub or backbone having issues

I have an issue with the game just freezing when it launches it shows me the tab off tot he right of the screen saying I can press Shift + Tab to access the community stuff and then it just freezes and I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, restarted my computer and turned off the overlay to see if that would help but sadly I was Unsuccessful however i can run other games just fine.

So, here is the personal experience I found so far:
- It appears that aiming down sight starts acting inconsistently if your connection to the host is unstable.
- Another instance where I was able to reproduce it reliably is when my framerate was not stable.

That's a #known-issues where completion isn't registered sometimes. If someone else in your group has the next expedition unlocked you can join them, or redo those expeditions until it provides credit.
The devs are working hard on fixing that bug, it's a high priority issue.

Wondering if anyone else has issues with their weapons continuously firing when you equip them. It happened after I set my left mouse button to "fire" under keyboard mapping. I also accidentally clicked my mouse button on the "fire" option for the gamepad mapping section. My weapons will also be zoomed in all the time now.

the problem for me ended up being a faulty connection between the ssd and the motherboard
plus checking hardware easier to do as it is obvious if something is wrong
