my friend has an issue where his game will keep freezing and he's forced to close it and rejoin the lobby, it started happening to him on B1. It happens to him about once every 5 or so minutes. I can see his character turn around and swing his melee, but not walk and he can't see anything, it's an infinite of the same couple of frames. He has a laptop running an i7 4800, gtx 970, and 16 gb of ram. anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

It is a known bug, and unfortunately you will need to restart your game and then hop directly back into D1 and it should work. ^^ (But yes, the more people who validate/submit the bug the easier it is to replicate/fix. :D)

Hey, does anyone else have a problem with extreme film grain on the game? Hi, does anyone have any recommended settings to get as much frames as possible? The lowest settings for every option. As there are no presets in-game to choose low/med/high graphic settings, and without much idea of what each option does (no tooltips explaining what's what), I'm not sure how to touch the graphic options myself.

Hey you can only join other lobbies if you have their lobby ID in your clipboard or if you have the person you are trying to join as a steam friend.

if you have problems with framerate it's better to leave anti-aliasing on high performance than none as it's more stable and somehow manages higher framerate on my older gaming laptop with a 950m
if anyone has a problem with joining a lobby via clipboard where he/she loads into the lobby with 4 empty slots for players it's a network issue on your end or the hosts end, checked on few different networks of varying stability, starting with poor wifi i share at a dorm, mobile network in place with poor connection due to antena of a gaming arena near me which could as well be a jammer at this point and with 2 stable networks both wifi and direct connection work well, you might have some issues on good mobile network though i'd say there it will depend on host.

They're planning to put more options for mouse settings, no ETA on it, though. There's a bit of smoothing applied since full raw mouse input is described as really janky from the devs.

I'm getting a really terrible graphical glitch that is impacting gameplay. the film grain isn't properly covering everything on the screen and unusual black shapes are enveloping objects and obstructing my view often times making a pool of pitch black underneath my character in an AOE and making it so my flashlight actually makes things disappear...

The CPU culling setting will either remove or place more workload onto the CPU. So for example in my case the game does fully utilize my GPU so I set the CPU culling to high. Should be fine as long as the CPU is capable.

Hi, my friend and I have some kind of lighting problem.
Yesterday I discovered that for some of my friends the game is much brighter than mine, in the game I see only light sources and literally 1-2 meters in front of me. Some rooms are bright both with me and with all my friends. In some rooms, the two of us see everything perfectly, the other two see almost nothing. We compared the graphics settings and they are completely identical. I think that the problem cannot be in monitors, otherwise there would be no difference in the screenshots. I tried checking the cache on steam and updating the drivers, this did not help.

Hey I noticed yesterday that I had 27gb of GTFO screenshots in "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\10 Chambers Collective\Screenshots". Apparently Scroll Lock, which I use as my push-to-talk key, is used to take 4k screenshots. There doesn't seem to be a binding in game for screenshots though, so I can't change it. Is there a config file I can edit to remove that keybind?

The servers are used for storing your expedition progression (completed A1, e.g.). They also store other various user stats. In terms of game lobbies it's all peer to peer as stated.

What you're referring to as film-grain is most likely the particles floating in the air itself, and it actually a lighting+atmospheric effect. <--This is me assuming what you mean though, I could be wrong.

Hmmm, seem to be having issues hitting 144 fps on this game....1080ti 12GB and a i5-7640x, 12gb DDR4 ram. I've turned anti-aliasing to default and dropped shadows to second from highest....I haven't fiddled with the CPU thingy settings though, not familiar with what they do and google wasn't super helpful in giving me an understanding >-<

Check the shading settings, check if Unity has had issues with enthusiast hardware, double-check drivers, you're almost certainly using Win10. Given how support for certain brands of enthusiast hardware is still spotty and how Win10 is basically the antichrist, I would say to just do troubleshooting and see if something changes.

None of my other friends have this issue so I’m thinking it’s something to do with my laptop. My settings are nearly all on low since its several years old. It’s an HP Envy laptop. Hey guys, downloaded the game last night and played it with a group of buddies. I have an issue where the visuals can appear very pixelated and menus can be difficult to ready due to the text-shadowing theme. The other guys in my group were able to fix their visual issues by swapping resolution to 1440p, but sadly my monitor can only do up to 1080p.

There's a bug where in rare cases progression isn't save. There's a hotfix coming soon that should resolve that issue going forward.

can you usbmit a #bug-reporting showing you pressing each number key on the keyboard eventually cycling back (and starting) at 1 so we can see what happens when you try to bring out the hack tool @nova mesa .
In addition does the hack tool show if you restart the game? What about a reinstall of the game.

Having an issue with friends not being able to connect to the same lobby. Is there any known fix for this, other than making sure both are on the updated version?

All 3 of us are running the same version of the game, we can each join Steezy's lobby separately but if we all try to join the same lobby together it doesn't connect us. If I try to join the lobby with the other person (Jirou) I cant connect to him, vise versa.

I can't get seem to get past the first 5 minutes. I open the door the alarm goes off and the things spawn in but never stop. me and a friend disarm the alarm but all off a sudden after that I can't take damage, all the dead things run on the spot. New ones forever spawn in and when I kill them they just run on the spot. Till I have no ammo

Yea that would be good, but I pretty sure its a glitch because I am invincible and on some tries. My team mates go through the door but its not open for me. But yea a 3rd person would be good

Mates and I cannot join any games, when accepting steam or code invites it just puts you into a blank lobby.
I've gone as far as to put my PC in the DMZ with no change.

I spent 2.5 housrs on C2 and when I finally complete the C2 ,the server crushes and i stiuck in rhe game.
does anyone know how to complete the C2? I can see the exit point but when i stand on it, nothing happens, i was unable to evacuate from C2.

If the evacuation is at 100% and you're stuck, chances are there's not much to do to get you out except leaving the lobby
If that keeps your progress/counts the win or not, I have no clue.
