If you play with friends and learn the game by yourself, around 400 hours. If you find an experienced team here, around 200 or even less depending on how well you do

after about 13 runs of R5C2, we finally cleared PE, of our 20 hours and 12 wipes (all of which were on the secondary obj, OVLD was very easy for us.) we noticed just before the final reactor terminal the mothers spawning behavior, (spawning in, not spawning babies) appeared initially extremely inconsistent, at times we would find a hold spot, often in the tank room and just wait her out, she never came while we waited, even taking on extra reactor cycles to get the mother out of the way. Other times a single player enters the reactor room is would instantly spot the mother. After a larger sample size, it seems to be attached to entering the reactor room then of which, she spawns very close. Other notes that would help others, save foam for the tank but pull it out of its spawning room and kill all ads before going in for the kill, the waves surge on door open it seems, then quickly taper off. if attempting PE, scatter is all but needed. while auto primarys are needed for baby spawns, for end of level surges the hel shotgun was very stand out. lots of giants and hybrids, chargers and special mobs. it works like every other reactor spawn, your count +2 rooms from reactor

the mom is set to spawn in 45s before wave end, but if you're spawncapped (and you are spawncapped if you're holding in tank room) it's blocked until a bit later

as a general rule, all reactor wave spawns are set in timing and amount, meaning the faster you kill, the faster the wave ends. furthermore they spawn further away (significantly so) the further away from reactor you position yourself, meaning they spend more time being just spawncap rather than targets. generally holding in reactor guarantees minimal latespawns, and unless you're exceptionally slow it means you're forced to kill everything at a fast enough pace that there aren't any stragglers at all
