In the barrell there's a "valve" that breaks open when desired pressure builds up

In the game the HEL weapons seem to eject conventional casings, which technically means they put a HEL gun in each cartridge

I also have a haptic vest so I can feel enemy attacks, and my weapons also activate it. As well as scans. I’m making a compilation video now. Should be ready in a week or two. Runs perfect now, but, gtfo itself is not well optimized. If ya wanna run maximum resolution on say, a quest 3, at 90 fps, max textures, max shadows, it hits a system hard. I have a 4080 super and most stages are fine. But every once in awhile I run into crazy big levels or a lot more enemies than usual and fps drops. But it runs fine on lower end systems if ya tweak it a bit. I’d say even on the lowest settings would be worth playing. With the latest build I only had one crash, and that was because out flat screen host had a crash. Probably was the whole lobby.

I’ve got 80 hours into it in the last few weeks so that’s not bad.

Oh, and I don’t use aim lasers. I actually aim the guns. Videos look nicer and higher skill level. All the scopes work and are for the most part incredibly accurate.

Feel free to add me. I’m always looking for more people to play with and specially people playing in vr. I might be able to help ya with setup for your system. Killing scouts with a knife, the flying squids. Seeing one of those invisible fks shadows as they come up the stairs for ya. All of it is way more intense in vr.
