Hey, me and some old friends from my hometown have this thing where we hang out online, chit chat and play games together each Tuesday night. Now we have picked up GTFO again as our game and ran into a problem. Every time we play, at roughly midnight CET everyone just drops out of the game session and cant reconnect. (This happened 3 weeks in a row)

I have a sneaking suspicion this has something to do with Steam patch Tuesdays. Does anyone know if there is anything that can be done to mitigate this? Besides just "dont play around midnight"?

Gtfo is literally marketed as “the hardest co-op horror shooter” and it is. The entire point of the game is to be prisoners that dont have alot of training, weapons, and supplies. It’s not a “shot them up”. Sure, A-B levels and maybe C levels can be cleared by aggroing every single enemy and fuck around, but thats not the point. You are RECOMMENDED to stealth or atleast be ammo efficient. You CAN play the game like you said, (using mods or modded rundowns) but honestly its not recommended. Just go play PD2 and download mods ig
