Yeah I can think of three things that add a lot of time for stuff:

1: we sneak too much. Sometimes it’s probably faster and safer to just throw a mine on the door, shoot, get out and wait for them to funnel in.

2: we spend too much time planning alarms.

3: we backtrack A LOT when we get close to the end of a level. This means wasted time running around to -usually- the other side of the map.

Definitely recommend solo playing with bots if you don't have friends available to check things out. Also Rundown 1 is the easiest simplest. There's not a lot of daring objectives or complicated paths or mammoth sized maps to get lost in.
