if u drop down to a level with bad tools or guns, u can still do it, but if u drop down to a mission with the wrong gear and it covers up a chunk of ur vision, it's 10x as bad

I disagree. A Stat Has to benefit Something very specific for it to create a role. For example with infection resist or supply efficiency you create roles by giving substantial upsides into a very specific thing
Just because you have Higher recoil Controll, does Not mean that now you are the only one who will get all ammo for your machine gun
