I did R6A1 and R6B1 today which had for the first time some nuggets of story going on.

Are the old rundowns void of story beats? I completed all of R1 for example and didn’t feel like I’ve learned or been hinted at any story to follow so far. R2 I have two missions left. The earlier levels in R3-R5 (A1 missions) aren’t trying to do lore or story that I’m picking up on.

Is it all jam packed into the last 3 rundowns?

The old way of doing story was sprinkling tiny little bits of stuff into logs on terminals in the mission, and absolutely nothing else.

So yes, until you start getting voicelines and more commentary from the character you're playing in mission, that's the only place you'll find "story" beats.

some sare very unuseful. like hackin doors how, wouldnt be that different from like puttin special commands on a terminal and makin it pasworded locked which already happen on some levels
the enviromental things are very like eh cause that kinda stuff its preset for a reason, to make the level harder or easier and if u could just, turn on some lights before an alarm, depending on the tile the enemy waves the class even would be very broken or super unuseful
things like cameras or life support are super weird, this is not fnaf, u dont even need cameras u have a biotracker and not like u nee to see inside rooms often, plus with one time u check the level the cameras automatically are worthless
