Not sure what you mean by lvls, but my exp is based on finding people to play R6 with after this patch (EU regions mostly). I assume R6 should be the most popular rundown atm.

rn it's abut 1000, so yeah, there will be half of those playing R6.
then they need to be in non-private parties, so let's say only 250, and those 250 will be dispersed across all levels of R6

u must go to the zone it says on the terminal to get the password, unlock it and then put in the command
