Precision Rifle can some what function like revolver getting headshots but revolver would be the better pick for that wave clear/headshot role.

(I've also been using hel rifle often lately so I held the trigger and would shoot precision rifle twice on accident a few times)

I still don't really understand why they gave it full auto.
