Well, its more of a goal of making the best coffee I can physically make, which would probably include mixing some coffee grinds around in order to mix flavour profiles
I just really like making coffee, like I said a while ago, I picked it up while I was going through some very bad things, ended up sticking to me

There are a ton of combinations, some good, some not-so good, it also depends on how long you roast the beans for, as too much or too little can drastically affect the outputting flavours
Though its just long in general;

Grab the coffee, put the coffee beans in the grinder, grind it to a fine degree, scoop out 1 or 2 scoops (depending on the basket size, size 1 for 1 shot, size 2 for 2 shots), put the scoops in the basket, put the basket in the group head, turn on the water, wait for the coffee to pour, and then you add your milk
...Which you have to heat using the steam wand, put your desired amount of milk in a metal jug, put it in the steam wand, wait around 5 minutes while your eardrums almost burst from the screeching sound, take it off, and clean it
