So due to a fairly serious issue with a player on this discord the other day with minimal response or action from the mod team, and then confirmation from a fellow discord member (and confirmation by several others) that they had reported an incident of sexual harassment on the server quite some time beforehand and the user who had committed it was still actively using the discord , I took their request seriously to make sure any incidents on the discord are reported with both video and audio evidence as they say they don't do anything without it, I sent in both video and audio evidence of a player, with their full discord nick and discord username into the modmail, there are 3 admins, and 8 moderators online,, it's been over 40 mins so far with no response or even confirmation that the issue is being looked into, and the player is still actively playing below lol, I'll keep you updated on how this plays out, in my opinion the moderation of this discord needs a serious rethink, this is one of several serious incidents I've either experienced first-hand or had discussed with me by fellow players on this server with the perpetrators receiving absolutely no consequence, and no action being taken to ensure the incidents don't happen again, the moderators genuinely only seem to act instantly when they are pinged by players in chat and almost all of them have subtitled in their profiles DONT DM ME TALK TO MODMAIL, it's insane lol
