It’s a medical condition yea but it’s mostly related to perception of sounds

So it can be caused by hearing loss, overwhelming amount of noise, or other methods

By perception of sounds, it’s more of HOW you hear it. So the issue could be blocked canals, earwax, or the above issues

oddly tho… I do get random ringing but it only lasted 5 seconds and doesn’t occur for awhile if I focus on myself deeply
