first, i want a command to have them hold a position

like a toggle "[Bot]Dauda, Hold Position/Follow Me"

second, i want more control over them giving out resources. i don't let them get tool refills if i'm not running triple sentry for a reason

i love getting 3 uses tool straight to mines because the bot decided to give them to me when the sentries are both down at 0%

even if the other issues bots have aren't addressed those two things would make them so much more bearable

yea, i feel like that you should be able to toggle/command the bots to give you resourses

i mean there is a whole commands list "what i need" that you can ask

i could see a bot filling you if you were super super low

but it's kinda stupid that if i have 63% mines or something i'll be given more - you don't usually need that many mines at once

if i do need more, then those "i need [resource]" comms could be a good way for the player to communicate this actually

the bot resource ai is nice in concept but everything put together makes it suck

i also think they should be constantly checking if the player is still injured enough/low enough on ammo/tool to keep giving the resource

i happens a lot with disaffection, as far as i know, the only way to "cancel" it is to either give them a command or they go down

Also I love how bots prioritize you getting a third ammo hit over them getting a first :)

I've once played a modded level where you start with no ammo. Would be the same concept in R7C3

I found a 4 use ammo

Decided to give one use to myself and then let Dauda give the rest out so that I didn't have to think about it

I expected him to give me another use and then him one and whoever the closest other bot was

He gives me two uses and himself one instead

It just surprised me how much they're biased towards players. It makes sense, the bots can't have fun so they should prioritize players that can have fun (or alternatively be miserable if not given anything) but it's still a little excessive sometimes
