The bottom left stadiametric scale should correspond to center stadia lines that are going down. It's technically done for bullet drop and usually you use stadia lines in center, or big stadia line in bottom left to align it with targets feet
I am pretty sure the scope scale hasn't been aligned with what's in game
And seeing as it only has notchings for standing targets only and the first one is on mark 2, that means the scope is zeroed in for 200 meters
For average target of 1.7m
Technically it's just a giant triangle and you can calculate the true heights
