there'll be areas with lots of guns like armories, but only one person can pick up a gun

it's best to find a decent gun and hold onto it throughout the run until you get money to upgrade it's rarity as well as add attatchments

Offhand the ones that might do it are things involving enemy behavior fixes since the gamestate rewinds that to how enemies were when the checkpoint was scanned, but not to a significant enough degree where I feel the need to put out a warning, I made sure that any listed adverse affects checkpoints cause can occur with 0 mods installed. Many mods have to build around checkpoints because they otherwise do completely break/effectively disable when checkpoint resets or latejoins occur (latejoins are really similar)

Bepinex has some effect on desync, so a lot of the time i dont run it when speedrunning
