i just force as many of everything except elites as possible to see as many cards as possible and then 1-2 shops and i can 99% of the time put together a build well enough for the boss that when i die, im confident it is because of a mistake i made in drafting rather than not getting the options required to win

Turbo gives energy Rocket punch both draw 2 for free, turbo again, keep it going, whenever you have too many voids compact them into fuel and keep going. Mix in some claws for some scaling damage
