Give it a shot solo w/bots some time and see how it feels on your hardware. Regarding running both at the same time, that was due to a discovery I made with a single R8 level due to a unique case with how the level is set up, and it will refuse to drop you in and nullref spam the console if only BCGF is ran. So LGTuner + BCGF avoids the issue and it's been smooth sailing

LGTuner on the backend side for modded has had some huge breakthroughs on RAM usage optimization too when playing modded, because of how bepinex allocates customgeos
RAM do be expensive these days and so optimizing the game without sacrificing the way it looks is always a plus

MemoryLeakFix is of course also a performance mod that I will champion anytime
in vanilla clients get their FPS to crater if the host is spamming a disinf station
staves off the game from feeling like it wants to fall apart after a few hours by refining the object cleanup processes, alongside gluefix to prevent audio bugs from faulty soundemitters that will cause game crashes
Here's a cursed checklist for anyone that wants to get some memory leaks and shooterbug going:
-Grab glow sticks and toss them down the spawn elevator shaft
-Spam C-Foam from any source all over the floor
-Break every weakdoor
-Compulsively reload so as many magazines physically fall on the floor as possible
-Rapidly run in and out of large zones, trying to coax the camera into loading/de-loading things in a weird way with pop-in (namely in Labs, Storage, and Gardens), particularly in zones where you did all previous items
-Repeat the above and redrop several times, rapidly, don't allow the game to full finish the SFX or wait until dropping in again
You can actually check how much memory leak has affected your game to an extent by placing a sentry and seeing how long it takes to become active (it will initiate in an "out of ammo" state for potentially several seconds)

Since you have cconsole, if you fly around R7E1 directly from the starting tile into the zone to the left, you will be able to see the elevator tile has metal debris and rock sticking into that zone by probably a good 7 or so meters
that is an example of a borken cell and it causes glitchy collision and BCGF cleans that up so it feels normal from what you would see in gameplay especially since lockers can spawn there
the game internally has to allocate the elevator tile's collision while you are in another tile and that is kind of a not great scenario for optimization or gameplay since you can't see any of it
