Backshots 🔥
StuckEnemyFix only works when enemies are stuck on top of disconnected navmesh, such as spawning on top of data racks, shelves, behind ladders out of bounds, etc.
EnemyAnimationFix works in instances where upon spawning, the enemy fails to find a target for a number of possible reasons and just stays put, even though it's just on the floor.
Both of these plugins are great and should be used together, I consider them effectively essential if you feel like running bugfixes since the navmesh in this game is procedurally generated and rough around the edges especially in Labs and Datacenter.
Your clip is something that I am aware of, and it's not something either of the above plugins currently address. We HAVE fixed it in a testing sense but not a public release. It's due to a marker in the doorway before the stairs. It occurs on both doors of that room leading to the Bulkhead DC and it also occurs in Secondary in the same exact room, but only on the left side, right side works fine there

Part of the reason fixing stuff like this is tricky is because of rerolling markers. Every level as you know it, props and decoration locations, exist because of a marker subseed snapshotting it in that state, and trying to fix stuff like that without triggering the rerolling process is a problem, because that means terminals will be in different locations, decorations will be different, and it just wouldn't feel the same
The Server Farm tile in R8C1 has been fixed, not public yet. R8C1 has a fair amount of borked stuff in terms of navmesh and decorations unfortunately, but it's really cool
If only enemyanimationfix didn't have the scream fix (can't be bothered to just remove that fix)
you mean the fix for where enemies only make noise on the first scream they make and subsequent ones are silent?
we love fixes that make the game harder
(I personally do like that fix, if only from a strictly logical sense that enemy screams = noise is produced)
This also reminds me that Snatchers don't make any noise ever as far as nearby Sleepers are concerned
