yeah, the seed isn't too specific but it requires A cell + no moms in A/D + no scouts in A
then, at least on my system, you can drop to 20fps to get to bring any tool you want through to reactor which should make it fine boosterless (though idk if anyone has actually bothered testing boosterless reactor)

(you can drop the no scouts in A requirement but it is VERY sus then)

there are also some requirements on enemyplacement in stealth scan zone but assuming you mess with placementseed that should be workable
