You’ll load in once everyone else has actually loaded the game, you may run it on a supercomputer with worlds best internet but you’re still gonna be bottlenecked by everyone else’s systems and network

Also network connection isn’t based on download and upload speeds here, mostly ping and packet loss rates which can be funky at times

They’re waiting for your pc to load everything properly if exactly when you leave they load into the match, might also be that some of your packets are being lost due to IPS making a bad network path or using a vpn

You could try verifying game install in steam or not running vpns if you are, however I run quite good specs for a pc and a decent enough internet connection and honestly sometimes it takes a while because others aren’t loaded in yet, if you enable fps counter you can see when you’ve loaded in once the fps goes skyrocketing
