entire team holds around the corners in blue, which provides cover both from tank tongue and mom los. since tank seeks los and is fast it will come running through to the room letting you easily crossfire it to death.
the sentry looking in the green cone will hit the pmom, which will make pmom aggro (be targeted) at the player who owns the sentry. since moms require los to the person they're targeting to birth, she will never birth as long as the person owning the sentry doesn't peak.
this means tank kill is separate from pmom, and everyone but sentry carrier gets to walk up to pmom for free to begin killing her

The bug is that if any level has any error alarm which has elevator spawns, and you reset from a checkpoint, that error will no longer utilize elevator spawns and will now spawn in any direction 2 rooms away from prisoners
combine that with how vicious the R8B4 error is and you get Giants and Nightmares on top of people going for cells/trying to kill Mom

@fringe garden just doublechecked, I opened all security doors from spawn, went to checkpoint, scanned, blew myself up, restarted, then went to go start the main error with markenemies active, they all spawned in the 2nd T Scan room instead of spawn elevator. If you restart from the checkpoint at all, even before you began the error, its bugged i think? but this is normal spawns
once I open the main bulkhead door and then the next security door the bugged case is that they are also allowed to come from rooms ahead so you can get them to wake mom up after first cell/on you during first cell hunt

I knew I had gotten reports on it, and I suspect it actually has to be in co op, true solo doesn't seem to bug it at all, I stood there with timescale cranked for a good while. For the time being I'm just going to correct the wiki page in regards to how the errors spawn because the wording isn't exactly descriptive enough

a week ago I was asking for help regarding stealth in GTFO and im happy to report that I took all the tips in mind and watched a few guides and was able to stealth a lot of R3 levels with ease. Thank yall for the help
I also did the level with the mother and killed her before she could make any babies so that gave me an achievement and was awesome
