Remember that "scans are done" doesn't mean that you killed the wave yet, R1D1 does have a permanent alarm after that, but I've seen plenty people do the mistake of trying to rush inside what was left of the wave. While you CAN do that pretty easily if you know the layout very well (shadows are slower than normal strikers), I would advise to just walk and shoot, pretending you cant run. If you're playing with bots (from what I understood, you are) they can clear shadow waves pretty well since they dont care about visibility.
