You've Secondary and Overload mixed up.

For the record, easy (optimal) route is Secondary, then pick Main, then Overload, then Main again.

Secondary is darkness+scouts+1 alarm (other one is optional, see which zone has most OSIPs), Overload is Error, 2 Scouts in a single big room, 1 Alarm, Blood door, then another Scout and the terminal. Putting the command spawns some hybrids and some giants.

There's a res zone you can go to before Overload, only downside is that it's one more place the final Alarm of Main will come from (and also the first waves of the error alarm).
