you can realistically get a sub 15 minute run everytime (if playing well) on any rng (res, enemies etc included)

the biggest time sinks are

  1. 168 zell zone (dog shit)
  2. left terminal password zone (theres a sick parcour thing thats done from the right one and right term is also easier to get to and faster)
  3. no res before 2nd alarm 💀

Hello team, I need some advice. I keep taking the MG for R8E2 clears because its fun to use but I'm getting mixed messages from this discord about what guns are good. I keep winning on the MG in R8E2 (I've cleared it twice now) but Rayalot and other members of the community keep saying "Auto bad" and it's troll to use MG on hard levels. But I'm not seeing an issue here. I keep WINNING. The MG is great for decimating waves, like I was doing the class 6 alarm and they all died as soon as the door broke. Like ok, there was a mine on it but I was also spraying into the wave and next thing I know, they're all dead. This is just one example of the MG WINNING! Can Revolver do that? No. Can Burst cannon do that? Maybe with OG Burst cancel but times have changed! Lets take my next example, Boss killing. MG is just outshining the other weapons again. I can pop a boss tumor in like 20 - 30 shots. Yes, it's like 100 on the big flyer boss enemy but the ammo efficiency... It's glorious. Imagine using sniper that shit. You'd need like 10 ammo packs. The MG doesn't have this issue due to the amount of ammo you get from a single ammo pack use. Like, I'm just not seeing the issue here yet I have elitists out here saying they will throw the run when they see my MG pick. And I have to explain countless times that I'm not trolling and I have to list all my previous examples on why it's a good pick. I'm not even taking it for fun, I'm taking it so we can get the CLEAR. Like good luck clearing R8E2 without an MG, have you guys not watched a single Fireblade video? Anyway, I'm just a chill guy looking for advice on if I should swap from MG to arbalist since people are saying MG is bad!
