if you open the northern zones the enemies only spawn from there and 2 rooms away. So you can use the big door to mine it and blow up a big part of the wave, thus youll only rly fight stuff once mostly done with the alarm. Then with some extra mines you can fight a heavily weakened wave

ID spawns are (meta knowledge here) kinda interesting
18 IDs totals spawn over the 7 zones that can have them. Zones can have max 3
So if a zone has 0. all other have 3 etc
So minimum you need to visit 4. maximum 5.
This also means that zone 43 (the class 2 alarm zone) is mandatory with the rest being optional with what you prefer.

You can just learn the time management, and where to position for each tank, and make consistent progress
