"How do I 1-shot/kill a C-scout?":

"1-shot" would be
From the back: High caliber pistol, Hel rifle, Sniper, Sawed off shotgun, Chokemode shotgun, Shotgun.

From the front: Burst cannon, scattergun (and ofc both easily kill to the back).

Weapons capable of killing c-scouts by themselves but technically not a "1 shot"
Back:

• Hel gun (need 2 shots but the fire rate is fast enough that u can kill them before they go invulnerable) .
• Short Rifle (need to shoot 7 bullets before scout goes invul, not recommended).
• Revolver (similar to short rifle but only need 3 bullets, technically can also kill from front with 6 shots but HIGHLY not recommended cause recoil makes it extremely unreliable).
• Hel shotty... sort of (need 3 shots but rng as need high roll on trigger time {1}).

Front:

• Sawed-off (similar to hel gun, need 2 quick consecutive shots).
• Chokemode shotgun (same as above)

Notes:

1- 2 coordinated fully charged spears/hammers are sufficient to kill a c-scout to the back (With 2 hammers only 1 needs to hit back, recommended to have a client {2} hit first).

2- IIX syringe (yellow syringe) allows for one shot with full charge for all melees to the back except knife (also hammer full charge with the syringe would kill from front as well).

3- Most (not all) guns can kill c-scout when combined with a full charged hammer melee 2 the back + quickswap shot(s).

4- Watchout for falloff range of weapons.

5- The angle that you are compared to the scout when hitting it matters when it comes to getting the full back multiplier (this includes verticality).

{1}: Scouts go invulnerable after being alerted after a randomized delay between 0.25 and 0.5 seconds.

{2}: You have host who is... well host, everyone else is considered a client.

6: when you see little strikers do not hit them or else you’ll be put in jail for child abuse
7: hit the enemies in the butt guaranteed one shot
8: put mine in every corner of the room that you are guarding
9: use all your bullets in one gun because empty guns will receive more refill
10: right, click with melee weapon on monsters to do a very heavy blow

Perhaps it's a bad take but IMHO, assuming the worst case scenario, you buy GTFO and everyone else in the world stops playing it, there's a mod designed to make the game "soloable" (with the exception of a bunch of maps I guess, you'll have to skip those). The mod is called something like GTFO solomode and you can search for it in the GTFO Modding discord.

Of course it ain't a QoL mod so only use it if you're playing by yourself.

I dont think it even works unless everyone in the lobby has it tbh.
