a reactor is ultimately 3 parts,
1 Wave Defense
2 gathering resources in between
3 getting the code into the terminal in time
If you already know how R1C1's reactor works, then its just the first two things you need, and they can go hand in hand

the most popular place to defend for many reasons is the bridge tile. the hole in the wall at the south end is a great choke point where you can get angles and focus your sentries, the bridge itself is a perfect funnel if/as you fall back, and its only about a 30 second run to the reactor terminal.

when you start looting after the shooting, you have quite a lot of resources around you to spend as the code person runs out and runs back. and on longer warm up times for the later codes, you have enough time to run forward and loot in previous areas.

when giants spawn having someone with a good weapon for bigs like hel rifle is useful (especially for hybrids) as well as saving tool by only having 2 sentries down for most waves, saving it for later waves or the waves with Hybrids (4, 6, 8).

this is definitely a 3 sentry + 1 bio tracker level, and when you learn all sentries are not created equal.
Burst is the best all-arounder.
Sniper sentry thrives with bio tracking and the long sight lines on this level.
shot gun sentry is in the game
Autosentry is in the game.

if you have a bot, they are a boss with the biotracker so give them that, and if you have three bots god go with you.

Yeah so if theres a scout behind a blood door the safest thing to do is to open the blood door and get 2 rooms away as fast as possible, or if that isnt possible try to shoot the scout as the door open

And realistically one scout isnt too bad if it wakes up

Playing with bots can be miserable, but you will learn levels/will not be carried and can pull off some funny strats, if you care about this

Also it will consume much more time xd

If they shoot that means, that you aggro someone

Pros and cons of bots:

Pros:

• completely stealthy, cannot wake up anything by themselves;
• immune to infection;
• can be ordered to pick up and carry things to save time and avoid enemies ( cell, turbine etc (not on alarms) ) , if alarm is going, you can spam pick up command to locate room, where item exist;
• okay at shooting;
• bio tracker is op on bot hands;
• rare friendly fire

Cons:

• if enemies come in melee range, bots will try to melee kill it;
• no multitasking, no splitting(they always stay close to you)
• often will clip through just closed door by you, when you want them on other side;
• bad resources priority (they will always pick up resources in this order: medkit > ammo > tool refill > disinfect pack, so you can be in situation,when bots have 3 medkits and they start to ignore other resources packs);
• horrible medkit usage in fights, if someone will be damaged past 79% hp, bots will try to heal them no matter what;
• horrible revive logic, same thigs as medkit logic, they will always try to revive you no matter what;

I think thats it

Basically No multitasking/splitting is biggest con and GTFO need quite a bit of those
