well not much, if ur low on resources and need more u can do the class III behind, that rooms packed
u can make a couple synergies work, 2 sentries mines or sentry foam and mines. Foam and mine the doos if u can [including the ones inside the zones where u got the key]

and not much else, focus scans, if u need to take some time to kill enemies do, take weapons that u feel comfy with...

if u got only one sentry u can put it somewhere u think it can kill enemies from both directions, if u got 2 u can just put one on each side
