There's only a 3.26m window for the first shot, very sad (11.26 - 14.52).

Some other weapons that can do the same thing:
Pistol: 15.16 - 21.32
Rifle: 36.09 - 50.18

Ofcourse, for every meter further out on the first shot you need a meter closer on the second shot, so if your first shot is right on the edge of it you basically need max damage on the second shot.

The GTFO TAS might have a play to bring Short Rifle and 2-shot everything on the 11.26 cross-over range.

But I think mag dumping Revo while hitting 6 headshots would be funnier gameplay for the TAS

You could, and it's really satisfying to do since you don't have to shoot everything but typically you will die if you're in the middle of a room and wake something up

Here's what I did: I pulled both big rooms, one at a time. First room I just prepared 2 sentries at the staircase, a couple of mines, then just pulled it. Second room in my case had 2 scouts, did the same but place 3 mines at the door since BBCs in my other try didnt die with 2 mines. Remember: what's INSIDE those rooms is far more dangerous than the wave summoned by the scouts.

Staggering enemies helps. Less enemies killed = less ammo wasted.
Finish the scans as soon as possible for the same reason, less enemies to kill, less time under pressure

for stealth kills you want to get behind them with a full charge melee (full charge knife leaves them one hit from death)
for shooting, same as normal really
