Thats fine. I played L4D2 before GTFO. The first time i played solo there (without bots), i was also worried about the special infected like hunters, smokers and stuff. But well over 3000 hours of being constantly attacked by every kind of special infected at once later, nothing in games scares me anymore. Not even if it is new stuff like in GTFO. Even if there is a nasty situation, there is a good chance i have seen worse things in L4D2. So like i said, you get used to it rather quickly actually rather quickly.
