You mean R1C1 and yes you can ask questions if you need help

The general strategy is to grab resources at the beginning of the level to top yourself off to 100% (it's too far away to get once the reactor sequence starts) and keep in mind any resources you pass on the way. The further you get the more time you have in-between waves until the next sequence starts, it's a matter of knowing what you need to grab, running for it, and then heading back to your preferred camping spot. Most people hold either on the bridge or the room in-front (past the blasted wall)

Someone recommended earlier that you shouldn't be using all of your sentries immediately during the earlier waves because they're easier. I'd recommend that

IIRC using 1 for the first 2-3 waves should be more than enough, afterwards you can start using all of them for extra firepower

May want to try experimenting with the burst sentry instead of 2 shotgun sentries too. Shotgun is nice but much like the auto sentry it consumes ammo very quickly

So:

1. Tool Refill in priority. Fuck ammo and meds. Burns everything you find prior to the first scan door, find the biggest tool pack you can find and bring it with you.
2. Again: only place 1 sentry for like first 3-4 rounds, then starts placing more as things get hard. You don't actually need the 3rd sentry - its basically a utility tool at this point. You can bring HEL Auto Sentry and hide it behind a large truck on the bridge. If things go bad - you simply fall back, and sentry will catch and stagger things passing by, allowing you to recover.
3. This is also something lots of squads botch: good defense spot. DO NOT hold in the tunnel leading to the reactors. Hold on the bridge - it acts as a natural funnel point forcing monsters into the path on the side of the previously mentioned giant truck.
4. HEL weapons - HEL Gun and HEL Rifle in particular - perform exceptionally well on this level due to previously mentioned natural funnel. Easy multi-kills.

Bonus 5) Someone should spec into a dedicated giant killer and bring either Burst Cannon or Sniper Rifle depending on their preference.
While Sniper is currently not in a great spot - it still performs amazingly at nuking those pesky barrage shooters with a single headshot. The bridge provides a lot of room for careful aiming, no 360 quickscoping needed.

Grab resources between waves
You have plenty of time to put the codes in, feel free to wait until there's 10 seconds or so left on the verification stage to input code (this gives more time to kill any stragglers or loot resources)

You can. I did it myself - its surprisingly not that hard. Brought precision rifle, popped fools' heads like mad, mag dumped giants, if things went wrong - allowed HEL Auto Sentry to say hello, then you hold sprint for a while to acquire extra resources, back to position, rinse and repeat.

Bots are a little bit silly and love staffing 3 ammopacks down you throat when you only need 1, but somehow it didn't came back to haunt me.
