when you asked how to get good quick in the other channel, I was thinking maybe you were a player who had put in some time with a crew and wanted to improve

I've seen some absolute newbies solo some early levels but it's a struggle for sure

if you want to solo, I'd pick various A and B tier levels from across multiple rundowns

r6a1, r7a1, r8a1, r3a1, r6b1

I would recommend doing the class II and then all the stealth scans. You have a lot of ammo so you can afford to shoot a bunch

Hardest part would be giant stealth but you can typically shoot the first couple rooms to then have a thinner stealth room for ID grab
