Hm, i'll have to use it to make an opinion, but so far sounds like they actually somewhat balanced it out
Major complaint with averagely skilled players is that its' ammo was waaaay too biting and shooting a random small with it to balance out your 10% / 90% ammo supply was cringe, yet simultaneously increasing the ammo for it even to just 15 total was "breaking it", allegedly.
It appears 10C found a middle ground solution, where they did fix the ammo complaints, but the gun had to be reasonably nerfed in return and the magazine was the only thing they could touch without straight up nerfing damage or something.
Being unable to just nuke 3 giants in a row is... Unpleasant, but not world-ending.
