It was a common cheat to troll newer players by spawning inappropriate enemies that should not be there. Inappropriate also meaning enemies that behave like other enemies or enemies that are abnormally sized. In additon, the amount of enemies are abnormal.

For 2 or 3 rundowns in a row now long term player experienced a bug where they were not rewarded random apparel drop upon completing a level.
It turned out to be a bug with drop pools and it mostly affects people who have almost everything unlocked.

The only post-factum solution for affected victims was to request a progress reset on affected rundown to replay it again and get the drops after all.

I'll just point out the only solution the devs proposed us was that

Since I dont believe they couldn't simply have resetted the first expeditions of the supposed rundown

Or just trusted players over what maps didnt give them cosmetics

I don't care and I miss like 4-5 things (santonian palette from alt r5 is between those) but I still found it a bit annoying tbh
