it's about the prerecorded lore audio messages in some missions. Schaeffer's and some others. It's fine when you hear them once but um.. when you play a mission multiple times and keep hearing the same unskippable message, it really gets on the nerves. Examples: R6A1, R7A1.
Maybe making it as simple as adding a new slide bar in audio settings should be enough.
