its oki, just keep in mind this game is more like tense action than horror ksks cause, it is scary like first 20 hours or so but as with every horror game u start like gettin used to it until another enemy or new thing slaps u with the force of 7 suns

first off u go into a random empty vc, u right click on it and 'copy link'
paste it on ur message, thats gonna be the big box that says "Join GTFO-72" for example
then u go into ur game, create a lobby, and on the right theres gonna be a button to copy the lobby code, u paste that on the message too, thats how people will join ur lobby
then u just say how many people u are searchin for [LF1, LF2 or LF3], u specify the level u are doin, and any extra details like 'oh u need a mic, u dont need a mic, dont carry me pls'

it was 38 on default, 45 on medium, i restarted the game to reduce shadow to medium i should get roughly 50fps now
thats the menu for now, it will be different once im in and i might need to put all of them on low xD

since R6 i had 40
R7 30
so i feel you
sometimes the game crashed becasue my pc couldn´t load the level during the loading process and it dropped to 1 fps
or placing a sentry freezed the game for 6 seconds
