generally, the lower the npc hpc is, the mmore efficient it is to farm hp wise (see vibe coded plot, most npcs in catacombs are to the left of this curve). Of the barrageable enemies, I think dust devils are indeed best because they have 105 hp vs 150 140 for jellies/205 for nechyraels, unless you consider dagannoth or ankou to be barrageable?
