You'd be waiting potentially days unfortunately- mentor raids arent held often. Your quickest bet to get in there would be to scout a layout on a world with decently low population so it's stable for you and everyone else, and make a post in #lfr-cox-learner with the scout like "+2 world 69, must join vc" and voice chat together to go over the resources as a team

you can also throw together a 350 without insanity if you really just want the assembler kit
problem is that you can't not use insanity (realistically) for fang kit, so you might as well just learn insanity sooner rather than later
