irons can split by either dropping the item to main to sell, or having a super rich main to give out gp
and no "i can split all but tbow/scy/shadow" is not the same as "i can split all"

I think you can technically raid in split channels if everyone explicitly agrees to it prior, but it'll be on you to have proof of that if any dispute arises

IF you were to do that, you would need everyone in the raid agreeing to you specifically saying what you can/can't split, and would need updated anytime you have someone leave or change. And the burden would be on you if anything goes wrong

tbow and bp are plenty usable with dhides, once upon a time that's all we actually had (Armadyl = fancy dhides) and the weapons worked just fine
scythe you ideally want 48 max (+131 melee str with it equipped) but assuming infernal cape that's pretty cheap and easy to get
again, once upon a time that's all we actually had, and we still used it to great effect
people have weird ideas of how much value power armors usually give relative to their cost, especially if they don't actually own the megas that scale well with said armors
