you can always host a raid specifying what you're missing, I doubt most people care tbh

as far as the stuff you're missing, dsword is primarily relevant for Vasa, and if you raid here a lot of people avoid Vasa scouts (very bad decision, but they do it anyways), so w/e. irons are often expected to ToA before coming here, so having a fang is pretty easy

dcb is replaced with bowfa for irons, actually grinding out a crossbow that can fire dragon bolts + the dragon bolts themselves is too painful

I just started learning solo olm last night. I'm fine in big groups. I just can't grasp when to run so he doesn't attack.

Setting up before jumping into 3:0 and 4:1. I seem to fluke getting his head into cycle before actually attacking. And then once I fall out of cycle, I struggle to get his head back into rhythm of not attacking.

for 3:0 easiest way to start (or fix if you mess up) is to get Olm to look center, then move to the melee hand tile and click mage hand on the correct timing. make sure your trident is on accurate setting

for 4:1, attack Olm's melee hand at the thumb 1t after he attacks you, and determine where you are in the cycle based on what he does after 2 attacks

make sure you are using thralls, they help a lot in keeping the head turning properly

if your question about 3:0 is "when is the correct timing", there's no real cue for it. you kinda just have to know by feel. spend as much time as you can learning that timing, reset mage hand on p3 as often as you need to

if Olm turns his head melee side, but you get attacked as you drag yourself past neck, you clicked too late

if Olm doesn't turn his head, you clicked too early

keep fiddling till you get it

this is why live coaching is really unhelpful for solo Olm in general, you're going to hear a lot of "you clicked too soon/late" or other info that is only relevant on a particular tick, and by the time you actually process the info it's no longer relevant

For anyone (@wind vigil) that needs help splitting Yama or anything higher value drops from an iron to a main without the fear of vanishing drop trading and avoid being put on runewatch, this is how it can be achieved without drop trading. First find a quiet spot in the wildy that has low traffic I recommend just east of the zombie pirates chest cause there is literally no one there. Then you have the drop in your inventory. Have your main or the partner that you were with come out to the same spot and attack him first with the item still in your inventory. This will get you skulled. Now make sure you do not protect item and die to the person. this will either put a key in his inventory or if he doesn't have keys enabled it will just drop the item. Next have him claim the key at any of the looting chests around gillenor. ( convenient few are in ferox enclave or edgeville bank. ) Now you can sell it on the grand exchange or you can split it if your main isn't broke by doing the same method but the main has the GP in his inventory. Congratulations you have successfully split your drop without fear of people judging your character, being banned from another discord clan or being put on runewatch!

are there some know bugs with salts in toa? I swear i am not dreaming but this is what just happened. I used my salt at zebak, then as i was finishing akkha and still had around 1 min on my salts, i used another one, then waited for the 15 secs to brew up, but i noticed that my stats did not regen after 15 sec. So whatever i used another salt - this made my timer completely disappear and my stats stayed unboosted. so then i used my last at wardens and ran out on p4 lol. And yes i have them menu swapped to no drop on accident

specifically i want to filter messages related to cox potions (you mix your potion perfectly / you drink your potion, there are x doses left) but keep olm messages (the great olm rises with the power of x / the great olm sends an orb your way, etc).
ive seen you can set some things to regex but that would filter all messages afaik which i dont want (if i filtered out the "mix your potion perfectly" message then if any friend said any one of those words it would block it)

Note: Unlike regular ToB, doing Story Mode solo is very soloable. You get infinite attempts and food. Don't try to duo it - it scales poorly and is quite hard. It is very easy to complete yourself if you follow a YouTube guide.

can you decant potions into other potions or does it have to be done in a fresh potion jug from the tree?
i.e. decant a 2-dose OL into a 1-dose OL by using it on the other for a 3 dose
