if you're asking about how to align yourself tick wise, one tick after Olm attacks is the timing you should attack, but I've always done it by feel. eventually you just know the tick in your body
if you're asking how to actually set 4:1, conceptually you want to tank auto 1 and null, and skip auto 2 (when you run past the neck) and special (when you run to pinky)

mostly just a gear question at that point, but a reasonable setup to begin most pvm content is quite modest
CG is a great piece of content to get into if you're trying to get into pvm in general. no input requirements (pure profit), teaches a lot, and you can ease into it with regular Gauntlet/different prep strats

Yeah so I only started to get into PVM recently, did a lot of vorkath and now trying CG. Got a couple CG but now wanting to move onto maybe some raids and other bosses but want to primarily do it solo for the time being

if you really want to solo raids ToA is the only recommendation for that
CoX and ToB can be soloed but the learning curve to reasonably begin soloing for those is much steeper, you would be advised to find teams and learn there first
