the magic defense drain only stays as long as he's aggroing on the mager. when he swaps to the meleer it jumps to -30, but when he hops back on the mager the original drain returns
so 50% of the fight you can't benefit off your drain
after calcing i am wrong. low magic defense is just super strong, when he's -30 targetting a meleer lowering his mage level barely increases dps
so it's still worth it being useless half the fight in the event he aggros on the mager

More frames means more checks to actions. It's very important in some games where exact precision in very short time periods matters (FPS, MOBAs, etc). Osrs checks once every 600ms so it's not as important other than clicking things while moving the mouse fast

The game checks what your left click action is on new frames.
If you ever get those situations where you quickly snap your cursor on a monster and attack, but yellow click walk here directly through their clickbox, its because you had a walk here while hovering the ground then moved your cursor onto the monster and clicked before your next frame where it would have updated your left click to attack.
Places like headphase olm and hunlef are common spots it happens because youre doing fast mouse movements and youre also likely to have framerate dips from all the shit going on.
You don't need a high fr for osrs but if you have a low one youll get a lot more yellow clicks

For TOB its a requirement here. It's not really good at other raids; good at doom.
If you're not 99 stats it's an easy way to train combats. You can afk it with a ven bow or dinhs specs
