Reminds me of one interaction I had like 4 years ago.
Someone was in like 70-80 hp level bracket somewhere for god knows what reason. Died at Vespula. We chucked it up to redemption not healing enough hp but with some common sense that shouldn't be possible?

Lower prayer level reduces the amount it heals for.
If either Stat is too low or a combo of both, you can just die to trample if you aren't paying attention and get unlucky
Even 99 hp, with 91 prayer there's a super low chance it can just kill you.
If you're 10 hp and vesp tramples 8-8-8 after the 22 redemption heal you'll be 8 hp
So it could then 1 tap you without activating
Lower prayer levels make the heal smaller, so more combos of hits or starting hps can set you at 8hp
