What would be the best way to train combat? I am currently 85 ATK, 90 STR, 87 DEF.
Is it better to get 90 ATK before going for 99 STR, or should I just go for 99 STR now?
Also - I usually try to AFK train as much as possible while im at work. Is Nagua's still top way? I am getting aronud 110k XP/H there. I guess Nightmare Zone with Dharoks would be around the same. Im at 98 HP right now

Naguas are apparently really good for afk, Dharoks NMZ is pretty active upkeep. Train str until 99 for more max hits, max hits is more xp and you don't need accuracy while training

Naguas have -5 flat armour, so you deal an extra 5 per hit, which is why the dual Mac's/bloodmoon are so good

99 str then attack then defence.
if your just sitting in nmz until max melees, you can do 99 defence before attack so it can be more afk, since all the npc's in there are 1 defence anyways.

Yeah, as Paduann mentioned it's based on how much time Vasa has been on a crystal. Depending on how long you take to kill a crystal, it could be 2 crystals, it could be 1.
