best bet for finding a team is posting a good 5 room scout, usually 3 combat rooms and 2 puzzle rooms but 4 combat 1 puzzle is fine, and then ask for however many more you need ie "+2 for trio" or "+1 for trio". also get into the habit of marking your raid as closed when its full. get the cox scouting plugin so you know what rooms you got and check the setting that includes your fc in the scout box
