ive been doing solo 150 toa, i have no problem in the raid until i come to baba monkey puzzle. I get hit harder with these damn monkeys than i do in the boss fights, its so annoying. The Noxious Halberd is a large noob trap.

• It is barely better than a tent whip but is 10x the price. You can spend the GP on better items.
• The slower attack speed means it is worse at bloat, the nylo waves and nylo boss, and xarpus
• A fang is much stronger at Sotetseg and will save more time than what the Nox can with perfect gameplay from an entire raid
• It is much harder to use at p3 xarpus and p2 verzik over a tent whip. It requires near perfect play to be higher DPS.
• You will be much more likely to make a mistake with it.
  The Nox Halberd exists ONLY as a weapon for experienced ironmen to bring alongside a tent whip and a fang. Do not buy one and do not bring it into TOB unless you are very experienced and have nothing better to bring.

I've learned most of it, I just have problems with 4:1 due to my ping. I just feel like a suicide alt would make it a bit less punishing until I fully learn the 4:1

Spend like an hour in 1 raid and make literally like 100 brews and like 25 restores so you don't gotta pick up your pots when you die. You use that raid to learn and then all your raids after will be actually fun and easier to understand and a much better purple chance than suiciding pots

It's pretty simple
Attack 1 tick after olm. Stand at the melee pinky and click the hand as soon as he launches an auto. If you're not attacking on the right tick you'll never get into 4:1

special occurs -> 3 lances and 4:1

double auto -> 3:1 once then 4:1

auto null occurs -> already in 4:1

I feel you, wouldn't a 2-man scale make my chances better though? I've done plenty of solo raids without an alt, but olm still always kills me in p3 as I'm always out of brews

No that 2 man scale will end up being worse points and slower than a regular solo guaranteed because you don't understand 4:1 so odds are you're not gonna learn anything and could still die more at the end

And the boss uses more stamina and stuff

Regarding the thieving room in COX. The wiki states that completing the room requires a minimal of 16*PC or 30 in solo. My question is: does this mean you can't get points after this threshold is met? Or how many grubs can you get points for? Let's say in a trio, you deposit 48 collectively, but can you for example deposit 12 more for a total of 60 and still get points? If there are additional points to be gained, where is the drop off?
