once you get more kc you'll unlock the other channels but cox-unscaled will probably account for a large portion of the lfr-cox raids conducted

Haven't done 1+22s, but generally you'll want a tank alt, and a few spec xfers/healothers

Tank alt is for stacking mystics and shamans as well as tanking rope

There's a scaled raids disc that has some setups and info for teams, most of it could be applied to solos

Doing 3+20s for example only needs like 2-3 drops doing olm conventionally, so for solos I'd imagine you would use less, although more restores for vile vigor

Akkha P2 warden tries to melee and walks to melee distance, which can make it awkward to dodge specials. Plus side is praying against melee hit reduces damage more than range/mage.

Solo raids are significantly more mechanically complex than team raids, and these mechanics are often not applicable to team raids.

If you are struggling to find a team, going into a raid solo to practice the mechanics of the demi-bosses can be useful. However, the experience at olm can be demotivating and very complex for a learner.

You are welcome to play the game how you want, but this is a recommendation based on our experience.
